下調べなしに、ランチでうかがいました。
お店へのアプローチはちょっぴり複雑。
駐車スペースも2台分と少なめ。
昔懐かしの喫茶店といった雰囲気ですが、
ダンディなベテランシェフが提供する料理は本格的。
ランチサービスは11時〜14時。
6種類のメインから選べるセットや、
クリームコロッケとハンバーグのセットなどがあります。
迷った挙句、
サワラのソテートマトソースランチをチョイス。
しっかりとしたブイヨンを感じるスープ
甘みのある自家製オニオンドレッシングが印象的なサラダ、
酸味のあるトマトソースはサワラの臭みをうまくカバー。
コーヒーの香りも良く・・・。
と、あら？
お客さんのほとんどがオムライスを食べてらっしゃる。
気になるっ！
ということで、
ある程度膨らんだお腹をナデナデしながらも
もう一度メニューとにらめっこです。
で、スペシャルオムライスをオーダー。
卵とチキンライスを混ぜて焼き、
デミグラスソースは6日間かけて作るらしい。
ライスがまとう卵は半熟でとろっとろ❤︎
甘すぎないデミグラスソースがまた、いい。
こちらのシェフはバイク好きでいらっしゃるようで、
店内にはバイク系雑誌やインテリア、
さらにはライダースランチ(要予約)なんていうメニューもありますよ。
バイク乗りもそうでない人も、
日本の洋食を楽しみたい時には是非！
