山口市のパークロード沿いにあるレストランシェフさんに来ていますよー。
こちらのお店、友達からオムライスが美味しいと聞いて気になっていたのですが、
やっと訪問することができました。
店内は、テーブル席とカウンター席のこじんまりした感じ。
12時前に訪問したせいか、先客は1組のみで待たずに席に着くことができました。
この日、私は、スペシャルオムライス。相方は小エビのオムライスを注文。
スペシャルオムライスは、チキンライスを、まず卵と混ぜてからフライパンで焼いて仕上げる、
シェフならではのスタイルで、デミグラスソースは、６時間かけて作っているそう。
また、小エビのハンバーグは、ドロッとした半熟卵が楽しめる一品！
どちらも大変美味しくいただきました。
こちらのお店、名物のオムライス以外にも、洋食のセットメニューもあるようですので
次回はそちらを食べに訪問したいなと思いました。
