前から気になっている店だったので行ってみた。
夜7時位の夕飯時なのに、入店したらカップル1組だけ。
いやな予感がしたがものは試しと註文。もう出られないしね。
ロースカツ200グラムと息子は260グラム註文。
待つこと20分。厨房の音が丸聞こえ。
まずご飯をレンジで温める音。
次に肉を叩く音。
油で揚げる音。
やっと空腹の我らに御膳が。
カツはすばらしく大きい。
あと、味噌汁と小鉢2種。
かぼちゃの煮つけと切干大根の煮つけ。
この2品は同じ味付けだった。
私の一番のこだわる漬物はスーパーで買ったらしい
着色料鮮やかなきゅうりと福神漬。
作った人の心が感じられない。
せめて1品でもいい、心を感じるものがあれば、、、、、、
カツだけはやけに大きくて半分も食べられなかったのでお持ち帰りした。
でも肉はやけに堅かった。
夫婦2人で営業しているようだったし
おかみさんは良い感じだったが。
料理には心が表れるのだと再認識した。
