ガッツリだけでなく美味しさも
少し前のことになりますが、山大生御用達のお店、ばんちゃ屋山口店(山口県山口市平井678 )でランチを食べてきました。
ボリュームのある定食類で評判と人気のお店ですが、メニューを見て「今日はコレだ！」と決めました
あじのフライ丼(¥1100)
アジフライも大好きですが、其処に写されているタルタルソースに無性に心が惹かれて
サックサクのアジフライにたっぷりのタルタルソース…
あ〜…、もうシ、ア、ワ、せ
肝心のアジフライですが、コレは私の想像を裏切って、かなり美味しい部類に属します。
お店で捌いて仕込みをしたように柔らかくサクサク。
揚げ具合もよく、油匂もありません。
以前食べた魚料理店のアジフライより、数段美味しくいただけました
そして何よりもタルタルソース…
このタルタルソースの美味さ…
完璧な撃沈です
1100円は高い、という意見もあるでしょうが…
この満足感はコレを大きく上回ります
大学生の腹を満たすには少し高めの価格設定ですが、それを感じさせない美味しさとボリュームに満足しました。
自宅からも近く、これからも頻繁に通わせていただきたいと思います

そんなお店でどんなカツ丼が食べられるのか興味津々で臨みました
カツ丼 ¥979 (セットではなく単品で)
見ってください、この迫力
デッカく分厚いカツ
画像では伝わらないでしょうが、揚げたての熱っ々です。
ひと口目にかぶりついた時、いきなり口の中を火傷しました
いい味付けです。
大好きな味付けです
甘じょっぱい濃いめのタレ味。
薄味で出汁感のある味付けの多いなか、このタレ系でパンチのある味付けのカツ丼こそ漢めしの醍醐味
厚みのある肉の食べ応えと相まって、本当にカツ丼食べてる感に包まれる一杯です。
一杯千円近い代物ですが、味、量、内容の全てに満足できる、納得のカツ丼でした。
