2022中国大返しの旅4日目。
本日は、島根県から山口県経由の広島県。
山口にて昼飯。
山口の名物である岩国寿司と迷ったが、結局は山口のB級グルメらしいバリそばを頂きにこちらのお店へ。
バリそばをオーダー。
待つあいだにテーブルに置かれたメニューなど見ていると、
毎日、鶏を丸々１羽使って出汁を取っているとの謳い文句。
到着した、バリそば君。
かなりのボリューム感。
レンゲではなく、スプーンが付いてます。
まずは、そのスプーンでサラサラのスープ？餡？を一口。
うん、初めまして的な、かと言って懐かしい的な、不思議な味わい。
結論、好きな味。
鶏好きだからかな。。。。
盛りだくさんな具が乗った麺を箸で持ち上げ一口。
麺を口中でバリバリ！！
スープと具材と麺のからまり。
程よいバランス。
確かに美味い。
箸休め的に、スプーンでスープをすくい鶏の優しさに包まれる。
確かにあとを引くスープ。
後半はお酢を一回しかけて頂く。
ほんのりした酸味の後から、具材の甘味が顔を出す。
これも美味いね。
クセになる味というコメントが多いのが分かった気がする。
