Finally visited Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for the first time.
This is a restaurant that you cannot enter unless you make a reservation. This time we visited as a group of 4 people and had the chance to order a variety of dishes. At first glance, the exterior of the restaurant looks like a private house, but the interior has the atmosphere of a restaurant. A private room near the exit has become a horigotatsu. There is a wide repertoire of dishes ranging from fish to meat, making it difficult to decide. As a taste of autumn, we also had matsutake mushrooms steamed in a clay pot. All the sashimi is plump and delicious. There is also a meal menu, and the soba noodles were really good. This is a recommended shop in Shin-Yamaguchi.

3名で訪問。刺し盛りと天ぷら中心にオーダー。トロタクは海苔も付いてきます。最後に締めの蕎麦をオーダー。
また今回は日本酒を中心にオーダー。今年は酒の資格を狙っているのでワインは控えつつ日本酒の味を舌に教えていきたいところ。
刺身はどれも新鮮で美味しいです。天ぷらもサクサクとした揚げ加減で全く胃がもたれません。
蕎麦は細くてこれも食べやすいです。料金は1人7,000円ぐらいでしょうか。新山口の中では少しいいお値段しますが、どれも安定の美味しさです。
