2016年新春のおせちは日路庵で！
一つ一つ丁寧な仕事がされているおせち
2016年新春のおせちを古民家料理屋のおせちを注文しました。
ここ数年、我が家で作っていたおせちですが、
今年は諸事情から作れなかったので、せっかくなら地元のお店でと注文です。
３段重は32,400円。これを７人で食べました。
まずは壱の重ですが、県内錦川の天然子持鮎甘露煮、ロブスター黄金焼、伊達巻、鴨ロース煮など
弐の重は、鰤大吟醸酒粕焼、堀川牛蒡、黒毛和牛ロースト、松笠烏賊、花蓮根など
参の重は、こはだ卯の花まぶし、ままかり紅白巻き、金柑蜜煮など
伝統的な料理から、新たにアレンジした料理まで、幅広いメニューです
どれもおいしく頂くことができました！
今度はお店に行かせてもらい、お店の味を楽しんでみたいと思います！

2017年新春のおせちも日路庵で！
昨年、購入してとても好評だったので、今年も迷わず注文です！
おせちは最後に残ってしまう料理がいくつかありますが、
ここのおせちはそんなことがありません
どの料理も一つ一つ丁寧な仕事がされています
３段重は32,400円
まずは壱の重ですが、天然子持鮎甘露煮、ロブスター黄金焼、伊達巻、栗きんとんなど
弐の重は、鰤粕焼、堀川牛蒡、黒毛和牛ロースト、棒だら、お煮しめなど
参の重は、こはだ卯の花まぶし、ままかり紅白巻き、金柑蜜煮など
ベースは昨年と同じですが、新たに加わったメニューもあり、飽きずに最後まで食べ尽くしました！
昨年も書きましたが、今年こそはお店に行きます！
