久しぶりに食べましたが讃岐うどんらしいツルシコ麺が絶品(*´꒳`*)
とろろと半熟玉子天の相性もバッチリで大満足でした✨
ざるうどんの盛り付けの美しさも素晴らしい(๑>◡<๑)
やっぱり麺工房は美味しいですね！
山口のうどんはレベル高いです。
宇部の本店にもまた行きたくなりました
