湯田温泉の料理屋はほとんど行ってるとおもいますが、そのなかでも大好きな料理屋のひとつです。
山口の料理屋は、京都あたりに修業に出たヒトも多く、懐石料理はまとも。
秋は松茸土瓶蒸し(山口はもともと松茸がよくとれた。鱧も揚がる。)、冬場はフグ刺の小皿がついたりして、面白い。
土地土地のうまいものを、季節を感じながらいただくということからすると、とてもよいですね。
