This is my personal opinion.I visited Yuda Onsen Kappo Fukusuke in Yamaguchi Prefecture to try some puffer fish. The order was "Natural Tiger Fuku Mini Course" @ 15,400 appetizers, tessa, fried chicken, blowfish chili, rice porridge, pickles, three fruit appetizers, handmade sesame tofu, and simmered tiger blowfish.It was an appetizer that left an impressive flavor and deliciousness. And the tessa (sashimi), which I thought was enough for 2-3 people. This amount was enough. It was the first time I had ever enjoyed tessa. Deep-fried chicken and blowfish chili are mostly ara. I learned that all of my upper body is covered in tessana. We had a luxurious time at Yuda Onsen, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Thank you for the meal.
