手嶋旅館の元料理長と女将さんご夫婦が自宅を改装されて創作料理のお店を始められたお店とネットに書いてあり、気になったので訪問してみました。
お昼のコースは2700円のにしています。
メニューを頂いてアップしてるのはもう少しお高いコースで、こちらの品が何品か少なくなっているコースになります。
本日のお造り、紫陽花みぞれ和え、夏野菜のマリネ、梅干し人参、胡麻豆腐茶わん蒸し、グリーンスープの揚げ出し、飲み物、抹茶ブラマンジェ でした。
料理は一品一品が丁寧に作られていて目で見ても楽しめてイイです。
