湯田温泉の通りをふと通りがかった際に 新しくできたお店を見つけたので
入ってみました。
店内はそれほど広くありません。奥の方にも席があったのかもしれません。
メニューを見ながら何点か注文しながら、何かドコかでみたような感じだなぁと
思っていると、あれ・・？ あの人は・・・ そう プルヒャンギの店長さんだった人が
いるではないですか！ 支店かと思って聞いて見たところ無関係だそうで独立して
新規出店だそうです。
料理の仕方もかなり近い感じで、お肉のルートも同じそうなので中々期待できます。
プルヒャンギといえば サラダ（厳密にはドレッシング）がお気に入りですが
こちらのお店もドレッシングがうまい！ プルヒャンギよりも上をいっている感じです。
しかも 炎サラダには二種類のドレッシングがついていますが、両方美味しかった！
次に 炎盛りの カルビ、牛ハラミ、豚トロ、鶏、豚ホルモンと頂いていきましたが
全般的に イイお味でした。 豚トロは大体私は好きじゃないんですけど、こちらの
豚トロはそんなに脂っこすぎず食べやすかった感じでした。
赤スープ（だったと思いますが、うろ覚え） ご飯が入っているスープなので
気づかずに 石焼きビビンバと一緒に２つ頼んでしまい、お腹いっぱいになってしまいました。
このレベルの焼き肉が食べられて お値段的にもプルヒャンギと同じぐらい。
そして何よりも 待たなくても空いている！（今だけかもしれませんが・・・） 最後につきますね。
いつもプルヒャンギでは待つのが嫌で敬遠することがあるのですが、同じ感じならこっちの
お店にこんどから行こうと思いました。
ただ、駐車券は出ないので近所の駐車場に有料で止める必要があります。
