Yuda Onsen: I enjoyed the end of the year food too
Of the many restaurants in Yuda Onsen, this one can be said to be the most delicious in all categories. Not only is the meat delicious, but the price for that deliciousness is low, and it is also very clean for a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, which is one of the reasons I love it. The course menu starts from four people and is quite filling, so on this day I ordered a la carte. Everything is delicious, from the main grilled dishes such as kalbi and skirt steak to the adult Yakiniku (Grilled meat), tripe. I'm also happy that they have yukhoe. It's a bit disappointing that the food is served sealed, perhaps to maintain freshness or for hygiene reasons, but the dishes eaten with eggs are really delicious! This restaurant is rarely covered in smoke or smells. The taste and price leave you feeling satisfied, and you can leave feeling refreshed, making it a truly famous restaurant.
湯田温泉 GWも満足の焼肉ディナー
この日はGWの真っただ中。
前日に焼肉が食べたくなり席だけ予約して、開店と同時に入店した。
この人気店もさすがに空いていたが、入って10分もするとたちまち席が埋まっていった。
コースではないので、フリーで注文。
大好きなホルモン系をはじめハラミやロースなど。
更に近年はあまり食べられないユッケも注文。
焼肉の美味しさは相変わらずだが、ユッケもはやり旨い。
出てきた時に袋入りだし味気ないなと思ったが、久しぶりのユッケは美味しい。
ビールに焼肉。
やっぱり最高の組み合わせだね！
湯田温泉 ゆったりした雰囲気で味わう焼肉
湯田温泉は温泉街だけに料亭風の店や和食系の店が多い。
とは言え山口市きっての繁華街だけのことはあり、焼き肉屋やラーメン店など生活に必要な店も多々ある。
この地に来て初めて焼肉屋に入った。
通り沿いに何店か焼肉屋は見かけていたが、少し調べて美味しそうなところに行こうとこの店を選んだ。
入口には予約で満席の貼り紙。
予約しておいて良かった！
個室風のテーブル席に通されたが、雰囲気も中々良さそう。
メニューはカルビやハラミからミノ、ホルモン、レバーと一通り揃っている。
ハラミとミノ、そして厚切りタンを注文。
タンが出てきた時には噛み切れないのでは思うほど。サイコロステーキのような形のタンは、しかし柔らかくかなり美味しい。
ハラミやミノも上出来でかなりのレベルの店だ。
次回はレバーやホルモンにも挑戦してみたい。

It was the last day of the Heisei era. I thought the town would be bustling, but this was Yamaguchi. There weren't many people there. I wondered what to eat, but I chose this restaurant, which serves delicious yakiniku in a refined atmosphere. It's always fully booked, and on this day I could only get a table at 5:30, just after the rotation, but I thought it was still good enough to get in. I went to a semi-private tatami room. I ordered kalbi, loin, tongue, and tripe. I ate kimchi and namul while drinking beer. It was as delicious as ever. The meat came out one after another. It was fun to eat while grilling it yourself. This is also the best part of yakiniku. All the meat was delicious and went well with the beer. I also ordered yukhoe for the first time in a while. The makgeolli was also delicious!
