湯田温泉 年末も美味しく頂きました
湯田温泉の数ある店の中で全ジャンル最も美味しい店と言っても良いのがこの店。
肉の美味しさはもちろんであるが、その美味しさに対する対価、値段が安く、そして焼肉店としては非常にきれいであることも大好きな要因の一つである。
コースは4人からで、しかも結構なんボリュームだから、この日も単品で注文。
カルビやハラミと言ったメインの焼き物から、大人の焼肉であるミノなどどれも美味しい。
そして、ユッケがあるのも嬉しい。
鮮度を保つためか衛生上か密封されて出てくるのが少し興ざめではあるが、卵をつけて食べる逸品は本当に美味しい！
煙まみれになることも匂いがつくこともあまりないこの店。
美味しさや値段による満足感とスッキリした気持ちで店を出られる充実感もありまさに名店である。
湯田温泉 GWも満足の焼肉ディナー
この日はGWの真っただ中。
前日に焼肉が食べたくなり席だけ予約して、開店と同時に入店した。
この人気店もさすがに空いていたが、入って10分もするとたちまち席が埋まっていった。
コースではないので、フリーで注文。
大好きなホルモン系をはじめハラミやロースなど。
更に近年はあまり食べられないユッケも注文。
焼肉の美味しさは相変わらずだが、ユッケもはやり旨い。
出てきた時に袋入りだし味気ないなと思ったが、久しぶりのユッケは美味しい。
ビールに焼肉。
やっぱり最高の組み合わせだね！
湯田温泉 ゆったりした雰囲気で味わう焼肉
湯田温泉は温泉街だけに料亭風の店や和食系の店が多い。
とは言え山口市きっての繁華街だけのことはあり、焼き肉屋やラーメン店など生活に必要な店も多々ある。
この地に来て初めて焼肉屋に入った。
通り沿いに何店か焼肉屋は見かけていたが、少し調べて美味しそうなところに行こうとこの店を選んだ。
入口には予約で満席の貼り紙。
予約しておいて良かった！
個室風のテーブル席に通されたが、雰囲気も中々良さそう。
メニューはカルビやハラミからミノ、ホルモン、レバーと一通り揃っている。
ハラミとミノ、そして厚切りタンを注文。
タンが出てきた時には噛み切れないのでは思うほど。サイコロステーキのような形のタンは、しかし柔らかくかなり美味しい。
ハラミやミノも上出来でかなりのレベルの店だ。
次回はレバーやホルモンにも挑戦してみたい。

この日は平成最後の日。
街中賑わっているかと思ったが、そこは山口。さほどの人ではない。
何を食べようか迷ったが、上品な雰囲気で美味しい焼き肉が食べられるこの店を選んだ。
予約でいつも一杯で、この日も回転直後の５時半しか取れないが、それでも入れるだけいいか。
半個室の座敷席へ。
カルビ、ロース、タン、ミノを注文。
ビールを飲みながらキムチとナムルを食べる。
相変わらず美味しい。
肉が順次出てくる。自分で焼きながら食べるのは楽しい。これも焼き肉の醍醐味。
肉はどれも美味しくビールに良く合う。
久しぶりにユッケも注文した。
マッコリも美味しい！
