山口の連れのところに来ていました。
無性に焼肉が食べたくなり、湯田温泉駅周辺で調べて当日こちらのお店に電話するとすぐに入れるとのことでしたので伺いました。
頼んだメニューは以下です。
カルビ（850円）
ハラミ（850円）
角切りカルビ（850円）
ロース（900円）
タン塩（890円）
丸腸（730円）
チャンジャクッパ（620円）
ライス大（280円）
ライス小（170円）
ロースターは金網式で、ガスロースターです。
ガスで金網だと、個人的には上手く肉が焼けないと思っているのですが、ここのロースターは火力が強くてしっかり焼けました。
頼んだメニューのうち、塩焼きのものから提供されたのも好感。
そして店員さんから金網の交換をしてくれたので、接客もよかった。
肝心さんのお肉ですが、解凍して水分が抜けてしまっているようなお肉や、若干筋張っているものもありましたが、そこは甘いタレでしっかり味付けしており肉のクオリティーに対して美味しく食べられるように工夫してありました！
どんなお肉でも、美味しく食べる方法があると焼肉ゆうじのご主人が入っていたのを思い出します。
甘いタレのおかげでとてもご飯が進む。
ライス大だけにしようと思ったのですが、ご飯が足りなくなってさらにライス小を追加注文してしまいました。笑
連れはクッパが好きなので、牛骨出汁のクッパを頼もうとしたのですが品切れ。代わりにチャンジャクッパを注文していました。
非常にアッサリしていて出汁茶漬けのような感じでスルスル食べれます。
シソが入っているのがよりアッサリさを引き立てていて、これはこれでアリですね。
会計は6,620円/2人。
かなりお腹いっぱいになるくらい食べてこの値段。
肉質に対する値段としては妥当な価格だと思います。
湯田温泉駅の周りには焼肉屋さんが多いので、開拓していきたいと思いました。
