宿泊は湯田温泉。
食べログ検索でヒットしたのがこちら『土火土火(どかどか)』さん。
メイン通りから少し入ったところにある、ひっそりとした佇まいのお店。
お店の方に、部屋に案内していただきます。
木戸を開けると日本家屋のような造りの通路。
奥の和室へ。
隠れ家的な雰囲気がいいですね。
後から知ったのですが、こちらのお店は、須佐之男命(すさのおのみこと)の伝説に由来する"男命いか"がおススメのようです。
ただこの日は、お店の方からのおススメも、メニューでも特に気がつかなかったので、入荷が無かったのでしょうか?
少し残念です。
いただいた中では、"長州鶏の炭焼き"、"熊本千興ファームの赤身馬刺し"が特に絶品でした。
そして名物と言えば"瓦そば"。
本物のアツアツ瓦にのった茶そばは、パリパリ感もあり格別の美味しさです。
雰囲気も料理のひとつ。
またお伺いしたいと思います。
