濃厚しょうゆ豚骨ラーメンのお店
土曜日の夜に利用しました。
場所は、山口市の湯田温泉通りのはずれにあり、「なか卯」と同じ敷地内にあります。
大駐車場完備ですのでお車の利用もばっちりです。
ここは、和歌山の醤油豚骨ラーメンを売りにしたお店ということで
あっさり醤油豚骨の「ばりうまラーメン」をオーダー。
麺の硬さも選べるとのことで、「硬面」で注文。
料理を待っている間に、サービスのお漬物コーナーで、好きなだけお漬物を取ってきてパリパリ。
ほどなくして、ラーメン登場。
一口すすると、スープはほどよく濃厚で、麺もなかなかに美味しい！
店員さんもちゃきちゃきと働いていて、とても気持ちがよかったです。
ラーメンを食べ進めているうちに、私には少し濃く感じてきましたが、美味しくいただけました。
醤油豚骨以外にも、醤油ラーメンや味噌ラーメンもあるようですので、機会があれば、そちらも試してみたいと思います。

久しぶりに、湯田温泉にあるばり馬ラーメンさんを訪問。
お店前になか卯さんと共同の広い駐車場がありますのでお車の利用もばっちりです。
さて、アルコールで手指消毒をして入店。
席についてオーダーです。
私は、ばり馬ラーメンと白飯餃子3個セット。
相方は賄い純豚骨ラーメンを注文。
待つこと暫しで着丼。
ばり馬ラーメンは、豚骨と鶏ガラでとられたスープがまろやかで、麺ともよく絡んでます。
白飯や餃子と食べると、さらに美味し。
相方が頼んだ純豚骨ラーメンも食べやすいお味だったそうです。
