お店は小さいながらも…懐の深いパン屋さん♪
再訪です。
今回は揚げパンや、パン耳をあげたものなどを購入しました^^
やはりここのパンは香りが良くて美味しいと思います。
種類もありますし、まだ試したいパンも多いですね。
また再訪の機械がありそうです♪

今回買ったのは…
窯出しチーズフランス 190円、
つぶあんぱん 130円
窯出しチーズフランスは若干価格設定が強気ながらも、生地もよく出来ていますね♪
そして、つぶあんぱんですが…餡と生地が相性よく調和されています。
須恵の郷のように、食べる際に潰れるほど、膨らませていないのもgood♪
やはり味では…近隣のパン屋の中でも上ですね^_^

再訪です♪
小さい店内に所狭しと多種多様なパンが並ぶ、BREAD HOUSE。
山口市では自分の好きなパン屋さんです^_^
１番人気でもある、たこ焼きパンは生地もあまり膨らましておらず、食べごたえあり！
中華まんパンも、ぱりっと美味しい…中々ひと手間かけた、いい出来のパンです。
ここのパンは当たりが多いですね♪
ただ…ちょっとレジ接客の対応があまりにも素っ気ないのが痛い。
そして、パンを焼いておられるスタッフさんが、パンを型から抜く際に、いつもガンガン大きな音で叩きつけるのが、ちょっとイラっときます。
鉄の型を鉄のプレートの上で型抜きしたら、うるさいのは当たり前。
プレートの上にラバーマットとシートを敷くなり工夫して欲しい。
こういうところは他店を見習って、気持ちのいい買い物ができるスペースにしてくれればうれしいです^^;

新山口から歩くにはちょっと遠いパン屋さん。
駐車場もありますので、できれば車での来店がオススメです。
お店はこじんまりとしていますが、イートインや無料のコーヒーなどもあるパン屋さん。
ここも日祝休みなので、行けるタイミングがなかなか合いません。
最近のパン屋さんって、本当にこの休みのパターンが多いですね…(笑)。
総菜パンが多く、普通のパンも中々種類があります。
自分のオススメはカレーパン。
いつも行く時間が遅くて…まだ、アイスメロンパンに出会えていません。
また行かなきゃいけませんね…(笑)。

BREAD HOUSE is located in Yamaguchi City. It's within walking distance of Shin-Yamaguchi Station. You can walk there in less than 10 minutes. It's been a long time since I've been here... 1 year and 2 months^^; It's a small bakery, but it's a popular one in this area. There are many staff members, so there are quite a variety of breads♪ Here's what I bought that day. ●Salt bread 120 yen * 2 pieces ●Melon bread 140 yen The cashier was polite. The customer service at a bakery can make a big difference in the evaluation of the store^^ The salt bread is smaller than other stores. It looks expensive^^; But it tastes great. The flavor of the butter here is very good. The dough is also just right. And the melon bread, which is another popular item in the store. This is also smaller than other stores (lol). But don't be fooled... the melon bread here is packed with dough and isn't left to rise strangely♪ No matter how big it is, it's pointless if it's left to rise (lol). If you are visiting as a tourist, please stop by. There are major chain and local chain bakeries at Shin-Yamaguchi Station, but Hengel recommends this privately owned store.
