地元の素材を使用した懐石料理のお店
湯田温泉にある少し高級そうな雰囲気のお店です
個室は中庭も見えて、雰囲気良し！
テーブル席もゆとりをもって座れるので、ゆっくりできます
料理のほうはというと、刺身は地のものを使用しているのでしょうか、
旬の魚をメインに、鮪等も付いております
見た目よく盛られたその技術に食べる前に大感激です
２回目の訪問の時には姿造りで出てきて、魚のあらもお吸い物にしてくれます
コースメニューもありますが、一品メニューもあり、
別に本日のおすすめのメニューもあるので、
どれを選んでも間違いなしの味です！
出汁巻き卵（３種類）や天ぷら(あなご天)など、どれも美味しく頂きました！
また、お肉系では牛豚鶏もすべて県内の素材を使用！
豚バラの塩麹つけ、牛肉の炙り焼き等は絶品でした！
ビールの注ぎ方も上手なうえに、お酒の品揃え良し！
おいしい料理はゆっくり味わうのが最高の雰囲気ですね~
落ち着いた空間で、幸せなひと時を過ごすことができました
次回はコースメニューを頼んでみたいと思います！
