Kamaage udon
I was feeling a bit hungry so I decided to have a quick bowl of udon, so I visited early in the evening. This time I had kamaage udon for the first time in a while. Depending on the timing, you may have to wait for kamaage udon. This time, it was served without any waiting time. Ginger is added to kamaage udon. The noodles are long and difficult to eat, but it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
丸亀製麺へ。
前回閉店後に訪問。今回は夕方遅くの訪問です。
かけうどんと無料クーポンのとり天です。他の天ぷら類は2〜3個くらいの品揃えでしたが、とり天だけは何故か山盛り。席か開いていたのでテーブル席を利用させていただきました。
ひまな時間帯なのか置いてある時間が長いのか、なんか美味しくない。出汁も醤油辛いかな。出汁に関しては味覚の問題だと思いますので、また再訪します。
ごちそうさまでした。
以下前回SGMされた件です。
ちょっと遅い時間帯に丸亀製麺へ。
店外の看板は明々と照明がついていました。
いざ訪問と思い店舗へ入っていこうとすると、まさかの入り口にカギが…。オーダーストップ20時45分。
21時10分ごろに駐車場着。先に看板の照明落としてやっていない感を出してほしいです。

I wanted to have a quick udon noodle dish at Marugame Seimen, so I went to this restaurant. Regular udon noodle dish: 320 yen Burdock tempura: 1 piece: 70 yen Salmon rice ball: 140 yen I left the salmon rice ball for last and ate it like dashi chazuke. The dashi chazuke was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
ざるうどん大盛りをいただきました。
本日は暑かったということもあり冷たい麺をいただきたいということで、家族3人でこちらのお店のざるうどん大盛りをいただきました。店内入りますと、コロナウイルス感染防止対策としてトレイ、皿類は二枚目から使用とのことです。天ぷらを取る際も割り箸を利用します。
会計を終わらせて、小上がりの座敷に座りますと卓上の箸も撤去されておりました。レジで一言言ってくれればいいのに…。こういう気遣いをわかってほしいですね。
さてうどんのほうですが、丸亀製麺の麺はながーい。温かいうどんでは気にならないんですが、ざるうどんになると、麺をつゆにつけるんで持ち上げにくいんです。ま、そこも丸亀製麺のいいところでしょうね。美味しくいただきました。

山口市小郡の丸亀製麺
本日はちょっと遅めの昼ごはんでした。あんまりお腹がすいていなかったので山口市小郡の丸亀製麺でうどんをいただきます。
こちらのお店、近隣が住宅になっております。駐車場は前向駐車です。お店に苦情がでないように前向駐車して、さっさとエンジンをストップさせます。
このお店は丸亀製麺宇部店、山口店に比べて小さめのお店です。天ぷらコーナーは直角に曲がってレジ清算というかたちになります。
さて、いつものごとくかけうどんをねぎダクでいただきます。だしもつゆだくで。いつもは大盛ですが、今回は並で。
だしは安定したマイルドなだしです。醤油も控えめに使用しているように思います。ちょいと天かすをいれて油のコクをオンします。卓上に一味が置いてありましたが、最近あまり一味を入れなくなりました。麺のコシもあっておいしくいただきました。
次男がざるうどんを頼んだものを少しいただきました。麺が太い為か歯ごたえというか噛みごたえがあります。麺も長めですからたまに持ち上げれない時があります。立たないといけない勢いです。
家族で結構利用させていただいております。

Recently, I tend to choose more filling dishes like Ramen and Champon rather than udon. I was a little hungry so I went to Marugame Seimen for the first time in a while. I wanted something quick to eat, so I ordered Kamatama Udon, which I hadn't had in a while. The lotus root tempura looked delicious, so I ordered that as well. I gave in to the temptation of Tempura and the strategy of increasing my purchase points at Marugame Seimen. Kamatama Udon 480 yen Lotus root tempura 140 yen The sticky texture of the egg cooked in the residual heat, the dashi soy sauce on the table, the green onions and the tempura flakes that are only added when eating Kamatama Udon, made it delicious. It was delicious when I added udon dashi to the remaining egg and tempura flakes and slurped them down. I enjoyed Kamatama Udon for the first time in a while. Thank you for the meal.
