県産小麦「ニシノカオリ」100％使用麺の地産・地消ラーメン店 |
特製さくらラーメンと肉丼、餃子を頂く。スープは薄めの豚骨で半透明な色。味濃くするソースがテーブルに置いてあります。そのほかにも揚げニンニク、ゴマ、紅生姜、高菜と博多豚骨ラーメンでお馴染みのオプションが置いてあります。ラーメンのチャーシューは薄いけど大きい♫麺は細麺で食べやすい。コッテリが苦手な方も楽しめる健康的なラーメンだと思いました！
