秋吉台秋芳洞に行く途中のランチで立ち寄りました。
味あい御前と寿司天ぷら御膳をオーダー。
私達が行ったのは13:00ごろでしたが人気店らしく次から次にお客さんがやって来ます。
それでもスムーズに捌けるのは、次の来店になると事前にオーダーしてテーブルについてからの時間短縮と、オーダー表の番号札化、お店の方のテキパキとした動きですかね〜まずそこに感心しました。
他の方の口コミでも記載がありましたが、お料理がとても丁寧な所が素晴らしい！
煮物はちゃんとカボチャの皮に味染みが良くなる剥きが入り、里芋は綺麗に面取りされている。
お味噌汁も薄味だけどしっかり出汁がきいてる。
切り干し大根と魚の天ぷらをコラボした南蛮のような小鉢も意外にも一体感。
とにかくメインはもちろん、小鉢が美味しいのです。
メインのお刺身は厚切りで新鮮。
天ぷらのサクサク熱々具合も良い。
そして、地元産のお米で炊いたご飯がウマイ〜♪
秋吉台周辺にはあまりここってお店が無かったのでここでご飯を食べて良かったと思いましたd(^_^o)
仕出しもされているとの事。
地元だったらお正月利用したかったなぁと思うほど大満足のランチとなりました。
