かけそばは750円と価格設定は高め。
コンセプト的には、 F2層・F3層を対象に…ってトコかしら…？
「今日のランチは おそばにしませんこと♪ おほほ♡」…ってカンジにな (^^
某競争の着順当てを楽しむ施設から 然程遠くない…と言う理由でお伺いしたわたくしは、間違いなくの対象外かと…。
なれど、馴染みやすいお店の雰囲気で、アウェイな感は まったくに過ごさせていただきました。

手打ちそば定食［¥1200］
そばは、“ かけ ” か “ ざる ” かを選びまする。
２月なれど あったかい日ぢゃったんで、“ ざる ” にしてみました。
しっかりめのコシを備えた二八そば。
つけツユはキリっと辛め。
なにやらのハナシみたく、死ぬ前に後悔せんよう どっぷりとツユにくぐらせまする (^^
とっとっと、そば湯をいただく分は残っしょかんとな。
添えらるる小鉢は、地元産の野菜を取り入れての惣菜。
甘味噌ダレの ふろふき大根、極美味っ♪
しかも、食べ応え十分なデカさでしたな。
他には、大学芋と酢漬け。
健康志向的で罪悪感なくに 腹ぱんぢゃ♪
で、自分好みの比率を探りながら、ツユにそば湯を注ぎまする。
なんでも、そば湯に含まれる“ルチン”とやらは、血圧を抑える効果があるとのコトぢゃ。
つけツユの塩分も ぜーんぶチャラ♪
