2泊3日の帰省を終えてレンタカーを返却し
新山口駅に13時半に戻ってきました〜♪
帰りの新幹線 "のぞみ" は14:45発
1時間以上余裕があったのでランチにしようとやって来たのは
新山口駅舎西の高架下にあるグリル&カフェ「NICK HOUSE」さん
以前は海鮮丼などの食事処でしたが、昨年12月にオープンしたらしく
この日初めて存在に気付きました。
4人掛けテーブル席に座って、注文したのは
◆ハンバーグランチ(目玉焼きバーグ) 1188円(税込)
ライス・スープ・サラダ付
炭焼きした牛100％のまん丸げんこつハンバーグが
ジュージュー言いながら鉄板にのせられ
目の前でスタッフさんが半分に切って半生の肉を
熱々の鉄板に押し当てて最後の仕上げが成されました。
ソースは4種の中から玉葱ソースを選んで
いただきま〜す (^o^)／
肉汁ジュワーではなかったですが
国産牛油とUS産牛肉をブレンドしたハンバーグは
200gもあって肉肉しく食べ応えがあって
辛めの玉葱ソースはライスがすすみます。
途中でトウモロコシと焦げた玉葱の上に鎮座する
目玉焼きの黄身を潰してハンバーグにつけて食べると
旨いことこの上なし！
スープは根菜たっぷりでスジ肉も入って旨い
国産野菜のサラダには玉葱と人参の甘いドレッシング
ライスは大盛りにもできましたが、ホテルで朝ご飯を
いっぱい食べたので、これで普通盛りでちょうどいい量
やはり肉のランチは満足出来ますね。
新幹線のホームに上がると、下り線にピンク色の車両の
"ハローキティ新幹線" がちょうど停車しました。
さあ、"のぞみ" で2時間弱かけて大阪に戻りましょう。
