JR新山口駅南口を出て徒歩1分のところにある肉バル。
土曜日のランチタイムに行きました。
『Combo Lunch』の中から黒毛牛炭焼こぶしハンバーグと牛ハラミ（合わせて350g）のセットを選びました。
友達が選んだサーロインも美味しそうでした。
ライス、サラダ、スープ付き。
熱々の鉄板で運ばれてきたハンバーグとステーキに店員さんがその場でステーキソースをかけて下さいます。
ハンバーグは「レアでお出ししています」とのことで切ると中はピンク色でジューシー、牛ハラミも食べごたえがありました。
お肉が食べたい日はぜひ。
