山口市の中心商店街に出来た和牛を供する居酒屋。
昼時にみつけたので入ってみた。
この日はステーキ丼と厚切り牛タン定食。
迷った末、厚切り牛タン定食を頼んだ。
注文してからしっかり炭火で焼くから 結構時間がかかるが、それもご馳走のうち。
出てきた牛タンは鉄板に乗せられている。
歯応えはあるが決して硬くはない。
いや美味しい。
ビールが飲みたいところだが、ご飯にも良く合う。
サラダに味噌汁も付いていてバランスも良いしボリュームも割りと合う。
壁を見ると品数もたくさんあるから、夜一杯やりにくるのも良さそうな店だ。
