総評するとうまい。
スープは醤油豚骨。そこまでトロッとしたスープではないが、卓上の刻み玉ねぎとニンニクを入れとパンチmax！
チャーシューは塩茹で系も塩味弱めで柔らかい。
煮卵、ほうれん草、海苔はオンザライスで最高。
