たかせは昔、川棚温泉のお店によく行きました。
自分の中では、瓦そばと言えばここ「たかせ」
1人で2人前は行けちゃいます。

これは良くも悪くも普通
ボリュームもそこそこあり、ビジュアル的にも料理的にも面白かった

初、瓦そば！！アンド鰻茶漬けセット。
想像違ってました！
茶そばを油で炒めてるので思ったより、ガッツリ。

たまたまランチで入店、地元客で混み合い10分ぐらい待ちましたが、初めての瓦蕎麦でお肉もかかっていて美味しく頂きました。硬くなった蕎麦と柔らかい蕎麦が楽しめます。
