お昼に立ち寄らせて頂きました。
店内はお昼時でも賑わっており、皆さん『瓦ソバ』を食されてました。
初めての『元祖瓦ソバ』体験で貴重な機会となりました‼️
『瓦そば』の歴史は古く明治10年、西南の役まで遡るそうです。歴史を噛み締めながら、もみじおろしとレモンでアクセントを加えながら食べる茶そばは絶品でした。
