阿知須のサンリブに買い物に来たついでに近くに新しく出来たこちらのお店へ訪問いたしました。
店内は親子三代で切り盛りされていて築70年の古民家の改装などもご家族でされたらしいです。
内装の一つ一つがお洒落で古いものを活かして上手くディスプレイされていました。
お店の横には蔵があり行ってみると昔使われていた生活用具などが置かれていました。
注文した品は煮込みハンバーグ、長州鶏ときのこクリーム、さつまいもとカボチャのマカロニグラタン、鹿野ウインナーの三本セット(あらびき、チーズ、チョリソー)、ライスコロッケ、ダッチベイビーパンケーキちょこちょこです。
煮込みハンバーグはスキレットでの提供です。ポテト、ニンジン、ブロッコリーが添えられていてよく煮込まれたハンバーグにはきのこがのっかっていました。
長州鶏ときのこクリームはダッチベイビー(ドイツ風のパンケーキ)の上にクリィミィな鶏ときのこがのっかっています。
色々と注文していますがどの料理も美味しくておしゃれな盛り付けで満足度が高かったです。
帰りのレジのところで手作りのマフィンを見つけて買っています。
