以前から気になっていたカレーショップ ジパングに行って来ました。
山口市方面から防府市へ繋がる国道262号線沿いで、トンネルを抜けた先の左側にあるので油断してると通り過ぎてしまいます（涙）
昭和を感じさせるレトロな雰囲気の店内です。
休日の11時開店直後に伺いましたが、その後から続々とお客さんが来店し20分程度でほぼ満席になっていました。
カレーは2種類あり、甘口のイギリステイストと辛口のインドテイストから選ぶようになっています。
私はカツ・ハンバーグカレー1100円のイギリステイスト辛さ1、連れはハンバーグカレー1000円のインドテイスト辛さ3で頼みました。
カレー自体は甘口のイギリステイストの更に甘口で頼んだのでチョット甘すぎでした。
インドテイストの辛さ3を一口トライしてみましたが、こちらは後から辛さが込み上げてくる感じです。
私のはカツしか無いように見えますが、ハンバーグと重ねて揚げてあり、一緒に食べれるようになっていましたので食べごたえがありました。
コスパ的には、まあまあと言うところでしょうか。
店員さんの接客も良かったので今度は平日にランチで来てみたいと思います。
