防府駅の天神口から近い場所にあるカフェ。
大きな道に面してないし、外観も目立たないのでちょっと分かりづらいかも。
カウンター席があり、１人でも全然大丈夫。
ソファー席もあった。
日替わりランチ８９０円を注文。
豚の生姜焼きがメインで、その他は野菜が多いヘルシーな構成。
特に盛り付けがかわらしいので、女性は好きだろうと思う。
ご飯は五穀米を使ってあるし、全体的に薄味で体に優しい味付け。
量は男にとって腹八分くらい、女性はちょうど良いのでは。
ヘルシーなランチを食べたい時は、このお店は良いかも。
