山口県防府市方面で仕事中、お客さんに食事したとんかつ屋さん。
チェーン店のようでファミリーレストランのようなお店です。店内に入り座敷に案内されました。
豊富なメニューの中から、ランチメニューのとんかつ定食1.5倍のパワーランチ1,000円を注文。
注文後しばらくすると、お漬物セットとゴマが配膳されました。
ゴマをすりすりしながら待っていると、ボリューム感のあるとんかつが配膳されました。
とんかつの厚みが１センチくらいで衣はパン粉が粗めでカリカリとした食感。とんかつの下に網があるので油切れは良い。
お肉の旨味は程よくありましたが、繊維質がつぶされていてパサパサしていました。
ソースは甘口・辛口があり辛口ソースをすったゴマの中に入れて、いただきました。
ごはん・キャベツ・味噌汁は普通。この３品お替り自由なのはうれしいサービスです。
こだわりとんかつ一丁さんは、黒豚ロースや味噌カツなど種類が豊富。
ファミリーレストラン感覚で訪問できるので、家族連れの利用に便利なお店だと思います。
