When I came to visit in the Hofu area, I had lunch at this restaurant. Flame'S has visited the Yamaguchi store and the Shin-Yamaguchi store, but this is the first time for the Hofu store. The atmosphere of the interior was different in every restaurant, and although it was daytime, the lighting was dark and there was a gorgeous atmosphere. There was a semi-private room near the wall, but I was passed to the center floor. The order was from the touch panel menu, and it seemed that only today's recommended menu was not in the tablet, so it seemed to order directly from the staff. The items I ordered were Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sanmi Lunch, a little extra noodles, Caesar salad, and vegetable soup. The Caesar salad was brought to us by Lobo. It was served on a platter and I thought for a moment that I would be able to eat it all, but I had it. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) The sami lunch is a set of tongue, harami, beef ribs, peas galbi, sanche, rice, soup, and kimchi. It was very delicious with kimchi and meat sauce on Sanche. It was a treat.
