週末はいつも混んでいる。
駐車場は広くて入りやすい。
店員の接客は元気が良い。
以前は古びた感じがしていたが、今は内装が綺麗になっている。
注文は、席に備え付けてあるi-Padを使う。
時々、ネタが極端に品切れになっていることがある。
アジが無かった時はとても残念だった。
●炙りサーモンの岩塩のせ

焦げがとても香ばしく、かつ、身は口の中でとろける。
あまりのおいしさに、最後にもう一回頼んでしまうほど。
●鱧の湯引き
252円
食感が悪かった。
鱧を調理する難しさ故か。
●赤だし味噌汁
190円
胡椒が結構効いている。
また、えのきだけや鮭が入っており、珍しい赤だし味噌汁。
好みの味噌汁であった。
●他のおススメ寿司
シマアジ 305円、サーモンサラダ、茶碗蒸し、たこサラダ軍艦巻、茶碗蒸し、ねぎとろ軍艦
●少し割高な寿司
あおりいか 252円
寿司の値段は120～390円で、防府内では価格が高い店だが、ＣＰは普通以上。
