【防府市松崎町1-25から移転】 |
昼時に１人で行きました。
時間をズラたので空いていました。店主の方が聞いてくるので
辛いのが食べたくなったので、坦坦麺（700円）と
天神ハモを使用したハモギョーザ（500円）を注文しました。
坦坦麺は、店主曰く「辛いよ」という事だったのですが
辛さに耐性がある人には、逆にもうちょっと辛くてもいいかなって感じですかね
辛いとは思いますけど･･･
ギョーザは噛むと中からスープが溢れてきました。
店主は「ショーロンポーみたいでしょ」とおっしゃってましたので
なるほど、そう思って食べるのが正しいのかと感心しました。
ギョーザをのタレを使用しないで食べられるし、坦坦麺との相性もよかったです。
夜のしゃぶしゃぶがお勧めらしいのですが、それはまたの機会にでもと思ってます。
（防府市の計画では、この場所に観光施設が建つはずです）
