【2021年12月31日(金)】
ちょうどお昼時の12時過ぎに入店。
人数は大人4、子(小学生)1で予約なしでの利用でしたが、
タイミングよく入れ違いだったので すぐに着席できました。
(席はカウンターとテーブルとでバラバラにはなりましたが)
実はここはずっと前から気になっていたお店だったので
「やっと行けたー！」という感じ。
初訪問だったので ちょっと緊張しましたが、
注文したおそばは満足できるおいしさでしたし
今まで食べてきた年越しそばの中では最も上等だったかと(^^)
機会があれば土日のみ提供しているという『そば膳』なんかも
食べてみたいですね。

……蕎麦は白い方が北海道、黒い方が茨城産。。だったと思います(^^;
「先ずは塩で味わって欲しい」とのことでしたので、
その通りにしていただきました。
好みかどうかはさておき、
塩だと蕎麦の味や香りがダイレクトに感じられるのが良いですね。
こだわって作っているお蕎麦だからこそ こうして出せるのでしょう。
