本日は防府市へ。行こうとしていたお店が２件とも準備中だった為こちらのお店へ。１４時頃の来店だったせいか、先客はいませんでした。
カウンター席中心なお店のつくりということもあり４人でカウンターへ。僕、次男、嫁はラーメンを、長男はチャーシュー麺をオーダーしました。基本ラーメンが６００円からということでした。食べログの更新もされていないようでしたので、スタートのラーメンが６００円はちと高いイメージでした。
待っている間に卓上を確認します。無料の辛子高菜は確認できました。レンゲは卓上にあります。
４杯のラーメンを注文したのですが先に２杯きました。次男と嫁に先にあげましよう。
ひたすら嫁が無言で食べています。これはイヤな予感の前触れ…。あえて何も話しかけない…。
次に長男のチャーシュー麺と自分のラーメンがやってきました。トッピングはねぎ、半分のゆで玉子、モヤシ、きくらげ、チャーシューになります。胡椒がデフォでかかっていますので、嫌いな方は入れないでもらいましょう。
レンゲはカウンターの上にありますので、使用させていただきます。
スープからいただきます。あんまりコクはありませんが、まぁまぁです。 続いて麺をいただきます。うーん、好みではない麺です。悪い言い方をすれば即席麺の味・。
替え玉をせずにご飯をいただきます。米の質はいいです。固さも好みの固さです。
ラーメン６００円と考えればちとお高い設定かなと思います。残念ながら再訪はないかなぁ。
