餃子の焼き具合も好みで、お店オリジナルのタレと相まってたいへん美味しくいただきました豚骨に合う柔麺とでも言いましょうか、コレが意外とイケる不思議な感覚でした。こういう味は、むしろ身近に感じますね。物凄くちゃんとした豚骨臭プンプンの美味しいラーメンでした!!
