ラーメンショップを求めて防府市まで来たものの、長沢も桑山店も閉まってる(´⊙ω⊙`)
そこで未訪問の防府一ラーメンさんへ向かうと閉店前に滑り込むことができました^_^
お店はパチンコ店の敷地内にあり、カウンター主体。
テーブル席もありしたが無料の辛子高菜コーナーになっていました。
大将のワンオペなのでオーダーから少し待って着丼です！
チャーシューメン
定食 1,100円
デフォで胡椒がかかったチャーシューが綺麗に並べられています(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
固めのゆで卵が防府一ラーメンらしさ抜群のエモいビジュアル！
豚骨スープはライトな仕上がりでかなりアッサリ系。
細めのストレート麺は柔めでスープに馴染むタイプ。
自家製のチャーシューはバラ肉のロール。
肉感も残しつつ、水分も保っておるので程よいしっとり具合で美味しい(^-^)
その下にはキクラゲ、もやし、ネギと見た目以上にトッピングがボリューミーで食べ応えあります！
＋200円の定食はサラダ、餃子、ご飯更には無料の辛子高菜とゆで卵まであったのでコスパ◎
お得にお腹いっぱいになれました(*^ω^*)
