A yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy yourself ^^
Juju-tei is located in Hofu City. A shop name that can be found anywhere (lol). There is [a:35000005, Juju-tei] in Ube City, but that is a local chain. This is a private store that is not affiliated with that store in any way. Many people often make mistakes...(lol). The store itself has been around for over 20 years. It's been about 10 years since I came to my current location. I used it at my old restaurant as the organizer of drinking parties. The current location is further away from Hofu Station than it was back then, so it has become increasingly distant. Hofu City has a surprisingly large number of yakiniku restaurants considering its population. And I'm sorry, but there aren't really any outstanding stores...I can't decide on one (lol). This Juju-tei... The taste is decent, but there are still only 2 reviews... I was really surprised ^^; I went there with an acquaintance that day. All-you-can-drink, order from Tekito. The staff's response is flexible and nice, rather than following a fixed pattern like at chains. Overall the meat quality is fair. You can rest assured that the food is properly sourced♪ I ordered other things other than the ones in the picture, but I drank too much that day and I don't even remember what I ate...(lol). Now, considering that you can enjoy all-you-can-drink for around 5,000 yen per person, it's probably at the top of the average in Hofu City in terms of balance. Next time I'll take a proper photo...(lol).

Juju-tei is located in Hofu City. It's actually been 1 year and 9 months since I last visited (lol). I came here this time because I saw reviews in old newspapers ^^; Even though it's not a recently opened Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, there are still 3 reviews...(lol). I'd like to see a new reviewer from Yamaguchi...(bitter smile). Speaking of Hofu City, it is famous for [a:35004887, Kotobuki], a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that resembles Tabelog restaurant. But locals don't always go there...^^; This is one of the restaurants that has a good balance of CP and taste. I went there with a few people that day, and it cost about 5,000 yen per person, including all-you-can-drink. Most of the customers who come here come on a budget like this, right? The price of the meat itself is not too high and it is easy to order. Although I wouldn't say the meat quality was a hit, it was good enough. I've never had bad meat here♪ The stone-grilled bibimbap is delicious, and the freshness of the salads and other raw vegetables is also good. Recently, in Hofu City, a restaurant in the same industry as [a:35008315,Don] has started offering an all-you-can-eat menu with lower quality meat, and it seems like they are competing with [a:35004887,Kotobuki]. I hope Juju-tei continues to do its best without being influenced by such trends ^^;
