This is my first visit since the management changed. Ordering is convenient using the touch panel. The price has gone up considerably compared to the previous Kotobuki. And the quantity is decreasing. And it was no longer delicious. Isn't it a Minus Trio? (crying) When I ordered 2 servings before, the portion was so large that I was told, ``It's a lot, so I'd like to start with 1 serving.'' What used to cost 1,000 yen now costs 1,500 yen, and the portions have decreased... Beef tongue salt 1,500 yen, top rib 1,600 yen, beef skirt steak 1,400 yen, whole intestine 1,500 yen, pork belly ribs 1,000 yen, yukkejang soup 800 yen, sandwich 390 yen. The beef skirt steak is big and soft! Also, the round intestine here is exquisite. ♪ The taste has changed, but the plump round intestine is still intact. I wanted to eat the previous flavor of round intestine. I loved the pickled sauce here, which was sweet and thick. The meat that was thoroughly soaked in the sauce tasted like Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce. I didn't need it. But...the raw meat is just drizzled with a sauce that isn't sweet or viscous. It's not marinated. There's no flavor at all (crying) The meat is soft and delicious. The yukkejang soup is slightly spicy and delicious. It used to be barley tea, but it was replaced with water. It changes so much when the management changes. It's already a different store. You can use PayPay.
