2013/05/21(火)今日は山口県出張でした。昼食は防府市にある「風月」でお好み焼きを食べました。
山口県でもお好み焼きですが気にしない気にしない・・・。
オタフクソースの旗があり広島風でした。
鉄板がかなり綺麗に管理されていました。広島県内でもここまでは滅多にありません。
形がちょっと崩れているのとキャベツが若干焦げていたのですが、味はまずまずでした。
もう少しビジュアルが良くなるとより美味しくなるかあと思いました。
