ドライブパン巡り!
訪れた店⑦
防府市浜方
「ぱんの平井屋藤兵衛」
到着してみてビックリ。
駐車場が満車です。
順番が車で待機。
車が1台除けたのを
確認して、
空かさず駐車。
店内もお客様がいっぱいいっぱいなので、
お一人出てくるまで待機。
お一人出てきたのを確認して、
木像の開き戸を
ガラガラと開けて
店内へ。
古風な店内ですが
並ぶパンはオシャレ。
パイやデニッシュ、
クリームパン、
フォカッチャ、
クロワッサンなどが
揃っています。
中にはあんバタⅣ世といった
商品名のものも。
改良重ねてきたのかな？
今回この中で特に目をひいたのは、
フォカッチャ(オリーブ)、
ホワイトチョコカスタードの
2品。
こちらを購入。
2/20(火)朝パンに
いただくことに。
フォカッチャ(オリーブ)。
モロッコ産の上質なオリーブを
使用しているとのこと。
黒いオリーブと緑のオリーブと
両方入ってますね(^-^)
もちっと柔らかな
フォカッチャ生地からは
オリーブオイルの良い香り(^^)
オリーブの実の食感も
加わって
味覚と嗅覚で
オリーブを楽しめます(^^)
ホワイトチョコカスタード。
これがまた美味しすぎました。
カスタードをたっぷり詰め込んだ
ロールサンドに
ホワイトチョコをたっぷりコーティング。
ダブルの甘さで幸せ気分。
