数年前は食べログ百名店に選出されていたお店。
初訪問なので元祖を注文。なんと600円！
スープは醤油ベースで尾道ラーメンのような背脂が入っている。たぶん、柑橘系の何かが隠し味で入っていて、とても芳醇な味わいでとても美味しい。
麺は珍しく細麺のちぢれで、スープをよく絡めとってくれる。
