天然そばチャーシュー1000円
煮干し、昆布、カツオの旨みが凄い、塩っ辛くない
しっかりと脂分もあり、あっさりしていない
恐らく数種類の出汁が入っており複雑に絡み合っている
この手のラーメンはあっさりが多いのだが豚骨とは違った食べ応えのあるラーメンとなっている
麺はストレート、バッチリ
チャーシュー、カイワレ、メンマ、ノリ
低温チャーシュー薄めで非常に柔らかい、旨み十分
また食べたい一杯
