ランチで訪問しました。
今まで食べたお米で1番と言っていいほどうんまーいご飯でした。
メニューにはコシヒカリとありましたが、もっちり炊き上がっていてめちゃくちゃうんまーい！
炊き方なのか？コメの品質なのか？
再訪時にヒアリングしようと思います。
