鱧のシーズンという事で、予約して鱧のフルコースを頂きました。最初に出された鱧の肝は初めて食べましたが、本当に美味しかったです。新鮮な鱧でないと出せないそうです。鱧の卵の卵とじも初めてでしたが好きな味でした。鱧フライもサクサク！もちろん定番の焼き鱧や鱧しゃぶや鱧雑炊は間違いのない美味しさでした。品数も多くて大満足でした！毎年鱧の季節には食べに来たいと思いました。
