I came to Hofu and visited this restaurant for lunch, which opened on September 24th. The location is where the former Stamina Taro was. The store opened at 11:00 a.m., and when I entered the store a little after, there were already a few customers coming in. Inside the store, there were table seats and a small raised tatami room where a large number of people could sit. We are shown to a table. The menu is on a tablet placed on the table, and you can order from there. This time, when you register for the app, you will receive a free oolong tea service. It seemed like all you had to do to call the clerk was to press the bell next to the store. There is no lunch menu, and you have to choose from the same menu as the dinner menu. The items we ordered were large-sized Chika beef lean grilled shabu, Chika beef red meat loin (half serving), carefully selected Chika beef short ribs (half serving), lean tongue with salt, individual green onions, udon, and red meat Sushi. The large-sized Chika beef lean grilled shabu meat is thinly sliced and topped with sauce. The meat was tender and delicious with just the right amount of fat. We order half portions of Chikae beef lean loin and carefully selected Chikae beef short ribs. Both meats were delicious, but the short ribs were especially delicious. For the red meat tongue salt, green onion salt is added for an additional 100 yen, but I think that's a lot for one plate of tongue.It was a waste, so I added all of it to 5 pieces of meat, so the saltiness was too strong. When the red meat Sushi is brought to you, it will be grilled to your preference at the table. Thank you for the meal.
