下関で軽く食べたかったので、下関のソウルフードの様で３世代での訪問も割と多い。
４組並ぶものの、回転早く１０分くらいで順番が。焼きそばと、たこ焼き６個のタコそば(小)を注文。
流れ作業でたくさん作っているので5分ほどでサーブ。
焼きそばはモチっとした歯応えで魚粉の旨みたっぷり、たこ焼きは辛子香るマヨとソースのかかったモチっとして歯応え、タコもプリッとしてて美味い。
